It’s not something you hear too often, but I’m really impressed with the postal service.
I received a parcel at the office. It was from the US and of course, we’re here in Canada. OK, not that impressive, you’re thinking. I get parcels at the office all the time – even international ones.
Yes, so do I, but in this case the address was wrong. Not just slightly wrong, totally wrong.
How many things can go wrong on a business parcel?
- Company Name
- Addressee Name
- Box/Suite Number
- Postal/Zip Code
Seven items. And all of them were wrong.
Yet I still got the parcel. Shipped from the US to Canada and it arrived in just 3 days.
Kudos to both the people and systems at the USPS and Canada Post!
